🏃 A Beginner Runner Learns From Mistakes

These days, many people start running. Running helps improve health and reduce stress.
Khi mới chạy, tôi mắc nhiều lỗi. Tôi không khởi động kỹ. When I first started running, I made many mistakes. I did not warm up properly.
Tôi chạy quá nhanh và thở rất mệt. Sau đó, chân tôi bị đau. I ran too fast and breathed heavily. After that, my legs hurt.
I also wore unsuitable clothes. The shirt was too thick and very hot.
After some time, I learned to run more slowly. I warm up, breathe evenly, and rest.
Bây giờ, tôi chạy thoải mái hơn. Chạy bộ trở thành thói quen tốt mỗi tuần. Now, I run more comfortably. Running has become a good weekly habit.
